What are courses about?
You will develop an understanding of the agricultural industry from livestock and crop production, to animal health and business management. You will learn about new approaches to farming and gain work experience alongside leading employers in the agri-tech sector.
What will I do as part of the courses?
Easton College is a leading agriculture college. You will learn on our 200-hectare operational commercial farm, consisting of arable fields, grazing meadows and woodlands. With cattle, sheep, pigs, and poultry on campus, you will gain hands on experience of farm management and animal husbandry.
Progression
Farming courses provide direct progression routes to higher level courses and apprenticeships in livestock production, crop production and agricultural management.
You can go on to study agriculture degree courses and work in a range of agricultural careers. This includes becoming a farm manager, tractor operator, stock person and agronomist.
