Summary
This course gives newcomers to tractors and tractor driving the core skills of hand, foot and eye co-ordination and provides the opportunity to learn and practise safely under close supervision. The course is primarily aimed at those aged 13-16years old, who have common sense and a mature attitude. This course will include hitching a trailer and also three point linkage.
Please wear suitable clothing that you don't mind getting muddy/ruined.
Overalls/boiler suit and steel toe cap boots are essential.

Learning Outcomes
On completion of this course a Certificate of Attendance is issued. This course does not equip attendees to drive on public roads or highways and is not a qualification
Assessment
Using a basic tractor you will learn to drive around the yard and complete simple tasks. You will learn basic safety checks and maintenance.
